Lina Inaie, the visionary founder and CEO of Salaza Group, embarked on a journey in 1991 to redefine the beauty industry. The name Salaza, derived from the first two letters of her children's names – Sara, Lana, and Zaid – symbolizes Lina's dedication to family values. Her commitment to nurturing talents and delivering a luxury beauty experience in a modern, trendy ambiance has been the cornerstone of Salaza's success. Lina's innovative approach reflects not only in the chain's chic atmosphere but also in its unique familial identity. Under her leadership, Salaza Group has flourished into a beacon of excellence, where beauty meets innovation and familial warmth.


Academy:
Driven by our extensive experience in the field, and recognizing the profound impact of over a decade of war on education in Syria, we identified a pressing need to establish a beauty academy. Our vision is to empower individuals with talent and ambition by providing them with sought-after skills in the beauty industry. Whether it's training hair aestheticians, nail technicians, makeup artists, or more, our commitment to skill development is our way of giving back and contributing to the community’s growth. We firmly believe that education and skill-building are powerful tools for empowerment, and through our academy, we aim to make a meaningful contribution to the community.
